Dear Elnaz plot

The young Iranian couple Javad and Elnaz had plans as ordinary as they were grandiose. They had been living in Canada for a year or two, where they had moved to do their PhDs at the University of Alberta. “We were happy, led normal lives,” Javad says with a lump in his throat. The beautiful, intelligent and cheerful Elnaz, who can be seen in smartphone videos, was killed with 175 other people on board on January 8, 2020, when missiles from Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps downed the passenger plane she was on.
