De Bende van Rouch plot

Portrait about the French anthropologist and documentary maker Jean Rouch, who for years made films with his friends from Niger: the sound engineer Moussa Hamidou and the actors Damoure Zika, Lam Ibrahim Dia and Tallou Mouzourane. In 1991 Jean Rouch started recording for Madame L'Eau, largely recorded in the Netherlands. The documentary maker follows the film crew and discusses the working method of Rouch and his crew.
