In 2011, 'Het Nationale Ballet' celebrated its 50th anniversary. The choreographers and star dancers of this internationally renowned ballet company are particularly known. Behind the scenes, however, the role of the ballet masters is just as crucial. As a living link between past and present, they pass on the special art form that is classical ballet to the new generation of dancers. The heritage and top level of fifty years of 'Het Nationale Ballet' is in their hands.
