Darius Goes West plot

"The Roll of His Life"

Darius Weems is a 15-year-old boy from Georgia who suffers from a muscle disease that leaves him glued to his wheelchair. In the summer of 2005, he and a group of college students travel across the US to Los Angeles in an RV. There they want to convince the team of MTV's well-known TV show Pimp My Ride to pimp up Darius's wheelchair. Along the way they experience all kinds of things and discover that the journey is just as important as the destination.
