An essayistic documentary in 15 chapters. Images, sounds and music are interspersed from metropolises around the world. From New York, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Istanbul, Porto to a city that is meant to remain unknown. Short registrations of places, both popular and unknown. It also shows the life of the people, in striking observations of everyday life. Time passes and still stands at the same time.
