Copacabana plot

Every year in mid-October, the Bolivian community in Buenos Aires celebrates its most important feast of saints, that of Our Lady of Copacabana. Hundreds of music and dance troupes from all over Argentina — and some even Bolivia — flock to the Charrua neighborhood for a big parade at a party that's much more than just religious. Copacabana takes this party as a starting point. The film focuses on rehearsals of the dance and music groups, on photo albums, and on the border between Bolivia and Argentina.
