Condor - Les Axes du Mal plot

Operation Condor was a joint venture of military dictatorships in South America in the 1970s and 1980s to combat internationally operating political opponents. Pinochet's Chile, Stroessner's Paraguay and Videla's Argentina were supported by the United States. Director Rodrigo Vazquez speaks with survivors and relatives of victims, as well as who is considered the leader of Operation Condor, Manuel Contreras, the head of the Chilean secret service DINA. He denies Condor's existence, but at the same time is proud that he already waged the 'war on terrorism' twenty-eight years before the United States.
