For more than 40 years, ramen master Masamoto Ueda has been serving his legendary Tokyo-style ramen noodles to a regular group of diners who are not only his customers, but true friends. For example, they go out together at the weekend to harvest vegetables in the countryside. Everyone knows that the master will retire one day. So they decide to make the most of the time they have left.
