China Love plot

In the heyday of the Cultural Revolution, romantic love in China was still seen as a capitalist concept. Meanwhile, China has completely fallen in love with love. Weddings are big business there and especially wedding photography often creates hallucinatory scenes, certainly in Western eyes. The groom as a centaur with his beloved on the back? Or a graceful mermaid in the arms of an unaccustomed Neptune? Kitsch is no problem in the search for the ultimate picture.
