Cesky Mir plot

Filmmakers Klusák and Remunda wink at a conflict that dominated the headlines in the Czech Republic for three years: the possible construction of an American radar system on Czech soil. We hear and see lobbyist Tomáš Klvaňa, who leads the government campaign, and the large crowd of opponents led by Jan Neoral, the mayor of the village of Trokavec, where the radar system is to be located.
