Catching a Killer plot

A mother of three children is reported missing to Thames Valley Police. She has had no contact with her partner, her children or other family for more than 48 hours. Problem is, the police can't find her anywhere. She was seen with a man on security camera footage. Can the police, without having a body, charge him with murder? According to Detective Inspector Simon Steel, a person is rarely convicted when there is no body, and his job is not only to convict his suspect, but also to find Natalie and take her home to her family.
