Carnaval da Vitória plot

The film is a documentary shot in the streets of Luanda, Lobito and Benguela and focuses mainly on the workers divided over their workplaces and the preparations and rehearsals that must culminate in the first major celebration of independent Angola: the so-called “Carnival of Victory”.
