Can't Feel Nothing plot

Screen zombie, doomscrolling, and brain rot. There are wonderfully expressive words for the intensely empty, numb feeling of total numbness that hours of social media saddle us with. Filmmaker David Borenstein realizes to his own surprise that he himself has become a screen zombie. Who is actually pulling the strings when the internet makes us angry, sad, or just plain indifferent? And is there a way back? Borenstein meets various people, all in the hope that he can eventually kick the habit.
