Café con Leche plot

Filmmaker Romain Champalaune discovered that the world's leading financial news agency Bloomberg devised the "Café Con Leche Index", which uses the rising price of a cappuccino as a benchmark to measure the development of inflation. The benchmark for this index is a cafe in Caracas. Incidentally, without the owner, employees and customers being aware of it. Champalaune films daily life there and recorded the stories of baristas and customers.
