Bring Your Own Brigade plot

"The incendiary truth behind the world's wildfire crisis."

In early November 2018, thousands of terrified residents had to be evacuated from Malibu and Paradise, two very different communities in California, due to major wildfires. This documentary captures the heroism and horror of the disaster. Filmmaker Lucy Walker joined a team of firefighters during the deadliest week of fires in state history. Not only is a hellish journey to the heart of the inferno shown, but research is being done into the cause of such fires and what a possible solution could be to prevent them.
