Bring Down the Walls plot

In the past four decades, the prison population in the US has risen to more than 2 million people. Today 'the land of the free' is the largest prison guard in the world. Phil Collins worked with men incarcerated at Sing Sing, a maximum security prison in upstate New York. After being denied access, Collins recorded a compilation of classic house songs featuring singers who served in prison and set up a community room in the Manhattan courthouse dedicated to the fight for social justice and the abolition of prison.
