Bosco plot

Bosco is a tiny Italian village in shades of gray and brown with 123 houses, of which only seven are inhabited. The hamlet seems to be swallowed by nature. It lies in a narrow valley between high hills and the surrounding chestnut trees just keep growing. The filmmaker's grandfather lives on the other side of the ocean, in Uruguay. For thirteen years Alicia Cano filmed her grandfather, whose ancestors once emigrated from Bosco, and the remaining inhabitants of the village.
