Bialoruski Walc plot

In Belarus, opposition to the totalitarian regime of President Alexander Lukanshenko has been firmly crushed. Anyone who criticizes the president risks being arrested and tortured. One of the people who does not hide his opinion is performance artist Alexander Pushkin. The documentary follows him and shows his playful public actions to taunt the dictator.
