Beyond Human Nature plot
"This factory has worked zero days without a murder."
Thirty-six hours after he went missing, Tom Monfils' body was found in a barrel of pulp at the Green Bay, Wisconsin paper mill where he worked. A 40-pound weight was tied around his neck. Shortly before this happened, Monfils was confronted by a colleague, Keith Kutska, whom he had recently reported to the police for stealing wire from the company. The detective investigating the case, Randy Winkler, concluded that Kutska killed him in retaliation, with the help of five colleagues. "The Monfils Six," as they became known, proclaimed their innocence from the start.
