Beyond All Barriers plot

A documentary about the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. For South Korea, the 1988 Olympics were a symbolic event that enhanced the country's international image and at the same time contributed to national pride. Only thirty-five years after the Korean War that devastated the country, and during a decade of social unrest in South Korea, the Olympics were successfully held and became the culmination of what was considered the "Miracle of the Han River".
