Besence Open plot

The Hungarian village of Besence is located on a dead end road, has only 126 inhabitants and an unemployment rate of 98 percent. Nevertheless, the energetic mayor Ignác is determined to lift his shabby village at the pace of the peoples. He applies for funds everywhere and nowhere and wins two. Money for a horticultural program and... a tennis court. Tennis in Besence? Why not. After the official opening and inauguration of the track, coach Kari enters the village with a shopping cart full of tennis balls and rackets.
