Beruf Lehrer plot

Teaching in the morning and free time in the afternoon. They are supposedly lazy, overworked, burnt out and often subject to prejudice about their profession. These clichés contrast Thomas Schadt and Wilma Pradetto with everyday reality as teachers at a secondary school in Mannheim. These two accompany the teachers in the classrooms, in the staff room during breaks, at conferences and in confrontations. This is to reduce the ever-increasing pressure and the increased risk of conflict between teachers and students in the school.
