Belle River plot

It is spring 2019, the water levels of the Mississippi are reaching record highs, the number of floods is increasing. In Louisiana, the residents of Pierre-Part prepare for the worst. Unless a miracle happens, local authorities will soon be forced to open the locks on the Morganza Spillway to save the towns of New-Orleans and Bâton-Rouge from further uncontrolled flooding.
