Behind the Altar plot

The sexual abuse scandals are the darkest chapters in the history of the Roman Catholic Church. The past decade has shown a growing number of cases in more and more countries. Several dioceses went bankrupt because they could not pay the compensation for the many victims. With Pope Francis at the helm, a new wind seemed to be blowing from Rome, but the child abuse crisis within the Catholic Church is not over.
