Basse-Normandie plot
The administration of the French region of Basse Normandie is involved in a piece to polish its image. Simon will perform the piece with their support for an audience of 1,700 farmers at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris. The director of a large horse breeding center, which has the ambition to become the 'Villa de Medici of the equestrian world', makes practice space available to the actor. What follows is the path - partly told in flashbacks - that Reggiani had to take for the piece. A road full of obstacles in the form of obstructive equestrian center staff, a moody horse, an absent client and to make matters worse: voice problems.
