Art War plot

Documentary maker Marco Wilms paints a very unique picture of the events in Egypt since the outbreak of the so-called Arab Spring in 2011. The focus of his film is on young creative artists who entered a new era after the fall of Mubarak. Suddenly they got opportunities they never even dared dream of before. Soon their creativity soared, they found new ways to combine the artistic with the political and reflected the current state of affairs in their graffiti and paintings. These new possibilities also extended to other areas with young creative artists. Their musical talents express themselves in hip-hop and electro punk, where they refer to the reality of their daily lives. Singer Bosaina even tours Europe with this mix.
