Anna & Oma plot

25-year-old DJ Anna delves into the life of her grandmother Ingrid Bahß, a photographer now 73 years old. Ingrid once ran a private gallery with her husband in the German Democratic Republic, was expelled as an enemy of the state in 1983, and built a new life in Cologne. Years later, she returned and continues to be critical of both systems to this day. Through Anna's gaze, her grandmother's life unfolds—marked by art, resistance, and the tension between two societies.
