Almost Married plot

The Turkish Fatma left for Italy at the age of 20, away from her authoritarian father to freedom. As a photographer she works on the unfortunate stories of the women in her family. Now that she wants to marry her Italian boyfriend Davide, she returns to Istanbul to face her father. On a joint road trip through Anatolia on the way to a wedding, Fatma gathers the courage to tell him about Davide.
