"If you risk it all, who pays the price?"
Norbert Witte was once the king of the only amusement park in East Germany, Plänterwald. Today he is behind bars. Fleeing bankruptcy in Berlin, he and his family shipped their roller coasters to Peru, leaving Berlin in great debt. But the problems also piled up in Peru and as a last-ditch rescue attempt Norbert smuggled cocaine into Germany, ending up in prison himself and also seeing his 23-year-old son sentenced to twenty years in prison in Peru. Now he makes frantic efforts to get his son released.
