120 Days plot

Miguel Cortes, husband and father, has been living and working illegally in the United States for 12 years. If he agrees to leave the country and pay bail, he will have 120 days to get his affairs in order so that his wife and children can complete their education. Then he will have to go back to Mexico alone. Miguel uses the 120 days to work hard to save money and consider his options. Will he leave his family behind or will he change his name to illegally disappear again with his family in another city?
