Who shot Boro? This is the question being addressed by Commissioner Clausen. Among a host of suspects, he must find out who killed the guru in his old villa at half past three in the afternoon. There are many false leads and the experienced investigator must first separate the wheat from the chaff before he knows who to have the arrest warrant issued against.
