Un Été d'Enfer plot
Elizabeth Leroy is looking for her sister who has mysteriously disappeared since three months. She thinks Commissioner Turielle's men are too slow in their investigation and hires private investigator Philip Darland. His trail leads to the underworld of drug dealers and pimps and he discovers that Turielle herself is a corrupt cop who is at the head of a vast network of crime.
