To Grab the Ring plot

Driven by his own restlessness and pursued by gangsters, Alfred Lowell travels via London to Berlin, Amsterdam and Paris. In these cities he becomes entangled in a network of relationships and criminal organizations, until he thinks he has found peace with a former girlfriend. However, when he leaves for Greece with her, his pursuers catch up with him.
