"The Stark Brutal Truth About Today's Lost Generation!"
Ralph Barclay (William Campbell) is a young, inexperienced police officer who infiltrates a gang of teenagers. This youth gang steals cars for Ken Osanger (Keenan Wynn), a villain who uses the gas station he runs as a cover for his practices. Barclay, who is taken undercover into the gang as a stubborn teenager, can also rescue the beautiful Leta Novak (Kathleen Case) from Osanger's hands.
