Rendezvous at Midnight plot
Sandra Rogers is annoyed that her fiancé, Police Commissioner Robert Edmonds, is always too busy with his work to see her. Trying to get his attention, she jokingly shouts that she just committed the murder of a ruthless businessman. Suspicion then seems to fall on Sandra, when it is discovered that the person in question is really dead.
