Porträt eines Richters plot

Prosecutor Kolb (Robert Giggenbach) investigates whether he can bring to justice a group of neo-Nazis who molested a Vietnamese couple. However, Judge Kemp (Peter Simonischeck) does not take his charge seriously: the statements of the leader of the group would fall under the heading of free speech. When Kolb starts a huge riot, Kemp is accused by the press of colluding with the far right.
