Pièges plot

11 young Parisian women mysteriously disappear. Confused, the police enlist Adrienne Charpentier, a friend of the latest victim, to serve as bait. The only thing the 11 women had in common is that they all responded to a small personal ad in the newspaper. Adrienne does the same and meets several men who at first appear suspicious, but all turn out to be innocent. The danger appears to come from an unexpected quarter.
