Paradox plot

One day, young Dr. Christian King, an authority on astrophysics, forwarded eight images in his lab. These images appear to have been transmitted via his satellite, but he has no idea where they come from. In addition, the images appear to have been made eighteen hours in the future. The images show fragmentary details of something that looks like a disaster. He contacts the police and asks to send someone with an open mind. Rebecca Flint is assigned to the case along with her colleagues Ben Holt and Callum Gada. After the young doctor is initially disbelieved by the three police officers, clues soon follow that lead Rebecca to believe that it is all real after all.
