Ningyo Densetsu plot
Fisherman Keisuke witnesses the murder of someone who was known to be a partner of the city's largest investor, Miyamoto. This Miyamoto has always indicated that he wants to build an amusement park on the coast, but Keisuke discovers that it is in fact a large nuclear power plant. When he is also murdered, it is up to his fresh widow Migiwa to take revenge...
