Mon Colonel plot

Paris, 1995: Retired Colonel Raoul Duplan is found in his apartment with a bullet in his head. An anonymous letter with the text 'The Colonel died in Saint-Arnaud' arrives at the police officers investigating the case. Saint-Arnaud, Algeria, 1957: The young lawyer Guy Rossi takes up his new position as legal assistant to Duplan. At that point, the institutionalized torture of the colonizing French power came to fruition. Soon the young lawyer will become an executioner.
