"...the embattled cry of aroused youth in America's "silent war"!"
The focus is on the training and adventures of young federal agents Mal Stevens, Van Rensseler and Tex Logan. After foiling the kidnapping of the famous Eleanor Spencer, an old flame of Van Rensseler's, Mal falls in love with her. However, they are polar opposites when it comes to the involvement of her driver Joe Keefer. She firmly believes he is innocent, while Mal knows her driver was involved. Her younger brother Buddy's will to join the federal agents also causes tension.
