Jay Delanay, the son of a wealthy American film producer, who is showing a film at the Cannes Film Festival, suffers from a psychiatric disorder, from psychosis. From his hotel room he sees a beautiful young movie star in a blue bikini through his binoculars. Under the pretext of introducing her to his father, he lures her into his room and strangles her. When Sophie, his stepmother, discovers the crime, Jay forces her to shut up. As a result, more victims will be made by him...
