Kemper plot

Inspired by the murders and atrocities committed by Edmund 'Big Ed' Kemper, who was a serial killer in and around Santa Cruz and commonly referred to as the 'Co-ed Killer'. Tom Harris is a cop at the time who gets to know Kemper up close because Edmund regularly visits a cafe where many policemen come and Harris goes there too. Edmund is a giant of a guy, but very easy going and nobody suspects anything.
