Il Pentito plot

Corrupt New York banker Spinola (Max Von Sydow) is kidnapped to Italy by his Mafia bosses for stealing money from them. His activities lead to a conflict within organized crime that results in a bloodbath. Gangster Ragusa (Tony Musante) manages to avoid the massacre, flees to America and makes Judge Falco (Franco Nero) the offer to provide information in exchange for immunity.
