Going Crooked plot

Mordaunt and his gang use Marie as an unwitting accomplice in the theft of the prized Rajah diamond. During the robbery, a man is killed and the innocent Rogers is later sentenced to death for the murder. Marie works with Banning, the district attorney, to get Mordaunt to confess, thus trying to save Rogers from the electric chair.
