"GIRLS' REFORM-SCHOOL RACKET EXPOSED!"
Some of the women, including Ruth, who are in a child-rearing prison, have to deal with a vengeful teacher who works there. With the help of police inspector Frank Donovan, who is attached to the women's prison, Ruth manages to get her corrupt brother-in-law in prison. Ruth's sister Helen Martin is a psychologist, who recently lost her job due to her marriage to this criminal and who is now taking a job as a teacher in the parenting prison. Helen learns that her husband has been involved in some shady deals with the school's steward.
