Get Rich Quick plot

A corrupt detective interrogates a surfer suspected of theft. He gets a lot more information than he expected. For a month, his investigation sends him past all sorts of obnoxious characters in Sydney's underbelly. In doing so, he gets to hear stories about strange crimes that are all connected.
