Gedo plot
Himuro (Hakaryu) is a cop and is blamed by his superiors as the scapegoat for a botched shootout at a mobster settlement. He flees to a small coastal town where life isn't much better: corrupt politics is as rampant as crime and everyone seems to be under the spell of internet porn. After he befriends the “cleaner” Kuwata and also develops a relationship with Mika, he even starts to build a normal life again. When a seemingly harmless event disrupts the moral vacuum in the town, Himuro is looked at as if he were the Angel of Avenging. However, he has already been through enough in his life to fight corruption again. Or not…?
