Criminal Nero Sagittarius (John Russell) and his partner Cateye Meares (Alan Mixon) are determined to break into the southern stock-car circuit. Ambitious racing driver Steve Cullen (Randy Kirby) tries to thwart the criminals' plans. His brother was murdered by Cateye. So he has every reason to prevent the break-in.
