Final Notice plot

A psychopath destroys art books with nude photos in the city library. But it doesn't stop there: he also starts slaughtering young women, who he attacks in the same way as the photos. Detective Harry (Gil Gerard) and librarian Kate (Melody Anderson) follow the trail to the maniac.
